Some dood is selling a 97-99 front and rear bumper. The front comes with foglights, but the rear does not have reverse lights. It would be a pickup since he lives around 4 hours away, we would meet halfway. So what should I offer him? he says they are both in good condition.

maybe $150-200 a piece if they are in good condition
