how can we reduce cabin noise?

my doors are already dynomatted. do multiple layers help?

does that spray on insulation stuff work?

where else do i need to put it? would under floor carpet help?

Yep, it works pretty good. I bought 3 cans of rubberized compound from Wal-Mart at $3 and they were worth every penny. I took out every panel, the trunk, everything and sprayed it on. I also sprayed the inside of the plastic panels before putting everything back together.
Sounds muuch better, the car is a whole lot quieter. The only drawback is I sprayed so much in the trunk that I can barely hear my GST muffler anymore x(
