23851, Wing Removal

I have a 95 Talon..
So I was wondering does anyone know how to remove the wing?
Is there a write-up?
If I do, would the ride feel different?
What about the LEDs in the lamp, what would happen with those?
Thanks

Ther is no ride diffeence without the wing. Besides that you have 2 small holes, one huge hole, and two clips showing on your trunk. And if it rains with them holes uncovered then you can use your spare tire as a flotation device ;) But if you really wanna do it.....take off the pice of interior on the bottom of the trunk. I believe its all clips, posibly a screw or two. Then you will see three nuts behind there, one to the left...kinda tricky to see @ first due to all the wiring and the wiper motor. One in the very center and one off to the left. Easy to do. Oh yeah, follow the brakelight led's wire to the harness and unattatch it, then jus pull it through the hole. Voila! no wing. I have some pics of it. I even electrical taped the holes (not reccommended). Click on the link in my sig
