Does anyone know how to do this mod???

yup, just take one bulb out of each of your rear lights. i think it would be the inner ones. someone corect me if i'm wrong.

you are right, but that is so ricey. To do this, a friend of mine bought a relay for his turns of ebay that was made to make them flash faster. hope this helps.

there's another way also. Cut the black wire on the two inner bulbs and the lights will blink faster and they will alternate when the headlights are on, pretty cool. I'm surprise nobody thought of this, I found it out on the old 2GNT board a long time ago.

It's not ricey, our cars are just soo fast at cornering that we need something to point what direction we're going to when we turn hehe... :P Well whatever floats your boat, I rather like it.

One of my license plate lights is out and the turn signal on that side blinks fast. I would imagine just pulls those out and you got fast turn signals. Is no license plate lights illegal?
