Its a guy how makes them on his own. As you can see it is a stock bumper with blitz sides. Im lookin at it and I might bid if the price is rite

Yeah I seen that and actually there using one of his pics in the auction. I think its pretty clean though.

i like that design, i need a new front bumper so bad i dont like the smiley face anymore i would even like the 97-99 on mine more....
