it seems he is redoin the site a lil bit so i have no clue where they are. I payed $13 for mine here.

I just redid my own, I took it out and scanned it then printed it on photo paper and cut it out and there you have it cost me about 20 cents for the photo paper!!

If ya need it I have the .jpg of my scan I can email it to ya!!!
