my frend hit my car last night at a parrty it has a big dent in the rear panal and a scrape not two deep but he is going to pay for it i was just wondering if it will look like new?

if his insurance is covering it, they are obligated to return it to "like new" condition as long as the cost is less than 75% of the total blue book value of your car (at which point it is easier for the ins. company to buy the car from you and scap it than fix it)

well if your talking about the paint being the same n shit no, the paint will be 2 different colors no matter what unless he painted the whole car then yes it will be like new... but the paint shops do a pretty good job matching up colors...
