Visors are a PITA to recover, they are stitched together also. I would try and find a shop that does upolstry work, they can do it for you. Not too sure how much it is, but i will guess around 50 bucks or so..

^^ i completely agree.. when i put my screen in the visor, it functioned great, but it looked kinda ghetto-rigged.. but i had to throw something together fast for a trip to vegas.. i just got a new one and will take my time on this one.. my friend did his screen in his visor, and had a seamstress (sp?) take care of the reupolstry work. i think it was pretty cheap too.. like 20-30bux for a great job

Same here, I've got a 6" screen in each of my visors. I just had the local auto upholstery shop put them in, it only cost $35 a visor and that was for white vinyl (macthes the headliner and the rest). They looked a hell of alot better than if i would've attempted it and it only took them a little over a hour.
