I'm in Jacksonville, about an hour north. The only place I can think of that carries body kits and stuff in stock is Aerotrends. I have never bought anything from them but I do know they carry a lot of body kits. Their website is www.aerotends.com

As for a shop, i think there is one by the Police Headquarters, called 360 Performance. Its by the station on Nova and Orange, by Churchs Chicken.

Most shops that carry body kits in stock around here have mostly civic kits. Most likely you will have to order them. Its not hard just order it and wait a few days for it to get here.
