I need more side support on my seats but i dont have enough for racing seats. Anyone know if the seats from a 3g eclipse will bolt right into the spots on the 2g's?

I posted the same question a few months ago, but didnt get a real answer. Im gonna say yes, but Im not 100% sure. My friend has a 2002 GS, and the seats look identical, even the bolts.

If you want better side support, buy some seats from a TSi/GS-T. Thats what I ended up doing. Big improvment.

the gst's actually have different seats?

I think that someone with access to 3G seats and a 2G body should just go ahead and try it. It is only 4 bolts per seat, and I take seats out in 5 minutes or so. Worth checking, though. They (3G seats)kinda look cool...
