21884, Bomex Body Kits - Painting/install Prices

Anyone out there get one of the bomex kits on thier car? HOw much did you pay to get it painted to match? I have a white 95rs. My paint is preety beat up with little nicks and stuff, so i'm considering getting the whole car repainted once i get the kit. Any guesstimates as to what i'd pay to get the kit(or my whole car)painted? I'm talking a good paint job, not some Earl Schieb 99.95 deal, either. And yes, i know i should screw it and get a turbo, so don't reply if that's all you have to say!

I dont think the bomex kits are released yet, only the side skirts and the rear bumper according to their website. It will be pricy, over 1000 dollars in the kit alone probably. I havnt gotten the kit yet so i cant tell you. Just go to www.bomexusa.com to get a general estimation.

I have heard some body shops claim to do quality work, so they charge 1400 for a whole kit. I know better. My paint sucks imo on my front bumper, but is ok for now. There is a guy here who offered to mold my sideskirts in for 5-600. And he does top notch work. He has a truck in magazines that he shaved, molded, and painted himself. I am onna go to him for anything else I have done. He seems to have good pricing and really high quality. You have to ask around to find the best body shops around.

thats all BS, if you pay $1400 to paint a kit alone, just buy a plane ticket to georgia instead so i can slap the shit out of you. $1400 is what youl pay for a good quality, same-color paint job. i paid $150 tp paint my bomex rear, the same ive paid for every bumper and the paint job is perfect. the only flaw is a result of me rushing the guy to paint it and deliver it ot me the same day (it didnt dry long enough and got a scuff). i paid $75 to paint my spoiler.

no way I'd pay 1400. A guy with a civic did. But he changes his car every other week. It had S2000 tails and was yellow with orange pearl. After that, he traded it for a prelude. It was completely done. Nice show car, and as usual, he fixed up an eclipse b4 the si, now he has a prelude. Money must not matter to the guy. 1400 tho is what he paid to get a kit done. And they had his car for like 2 months!

Do you have to remove the front impact bar to install the bomex bumper?
