Does anyone have a picture of an otherwise stock gs with no wing on it. I.E. The wing taken off. I see some eclipses without wings stock, but I think their "butts" are different than ours. I think they look good but i'm trying to picture my car without a wing and I'm having trouble.

So could somebody post a picture like that?

Ok awesome. When i said stock i meant more or less no crazy body kits so I could get a good idea. I think when I paint my car black i'm going to just take the wing off. It looks nice without the wing

So were there eclipses that CAME without wings from the factory. And are their bodies any diff than ours except not havign the wing.

I just need to take mine off and look. Those just seem to be a little longer in the back, but the wing probably makes it look shorter

Some RS came without wings, I think it was the bare bones package.

Are those covers on the tails of that silver eclipse, or smoked tails? And are they street legal? Those are badass looking!

haha.. that car is basically stock.. what the hell makes it look so damn sweet?? haha, i cant figure it out.. there is just something different about that car to make it stand out from the rest.. maybe b/c of no wing? something that we normally dont see? whatever it is.. very slick looking car.

That settles that. No wing. That's exactly what i had in mind. I think I'll paint my car a dark shade of blue or black this summer, take off the wing...

There is something about that car though.......i could just look at it for hours :wary

Man.....that car is sweet. I've seen a few around here with no spoilers, but they look like ass. The few on this board look great....especially the silver one above.

When I get around to body work, I'm taking my spoiler off, and getting rid of my antenae hole too.

those arent taillight covers, some one can explain it better, but its an led type setup, totally custom

Am I the only one who doesn't like how our cars look without wings? I have a 98 Talon with the turbo wing and I think that it makes my car. That silver one does look clean, but I don't think that it is as sweet as everyone is makin it out to be. No disrespect intended, but I have seen better, I have seen worse. Now I'm just starting to ramble :) .

That silver car looks very clean. I really like it without the wing. The dark windows and the tails blacked out i think make the car. For some reason though, i cant' picture any other color of car that this would look that clean on. Something about the silver that makes the car look clean without the spoiler..don't know why...silver eclipses are sweet :)

That car does look clean but mine looks just as clean and its stock body wise, silver is a really nice color on our cars add that with black leather seats and its pimp.. im lucky I found mine..

There's a black eclipse with a body kit rolling around the Lakewood/Bellflower area that has taken off the spoiler but left the sides on, and it looks like a mean sonofabitch. I'm not a big fan of the no spoiler look either, i think the spoiler makes the eclipse what it is.
