Ok Open the Photoshop folder where ever you have it installed, Open the Plug-ins folder, Open the Filters Folder and drag your power tools into here. Open up Photoshop again, go to Filters in your menu bar and they should be there....... Oh and next time put stuff like this in the Pits...
