i know they use crappier bulbs but do they work better? even if you upgrade the bulbs to some PIAA's?

i've got H3 low beam's and H1 hight beams on mine. the low's suck out the "tail pipe", if you will, and the highs do a pretty decent job. i finally got tired of not being able to see and stuck 2 55 watt driving, and 2 55 watt fog lights on my ride.

I have PIAAs in my projectors and they look white but sure not as bright as stock headlight.

I've got PIAA Platinums in mine & I don't have a problem at all. If you think you'll have less light, get some decent driving lights for support.

I have Clear/Chrome Projector Lights on my 98 Eclipse Spyder GS for about 3 months now and there AWESOME.

I changed all the Bulbs and my Vision is GREAT.

1) PIAA Super Plasma H3 (Low Beams)
2) PIAA Super Plasma H1 (High Beams)
3) PIAA Xtreme White 1157 (Parking Lights)
4) PIAA Plasma Blue 168 (Wedge - Bumper Lights)
5) PIAA Super White H3 (Fog Lights)
