21005, cheap mods

hey, I don't have loads of money to spend on my car right now, but I was wondering if there were any cheap performance or appearance mods (interior or exterior) that I'd be able to do. So far I haven't done anything with performance, but appearance, I have done:
neons / blacklight
blue fog lights
tints
painted borders of panels
indiglo gauges

also if anyone knows of any type of spray paint that I could use to redo my panels, please let me know. I'm going to repaint them white but I want them to glow when the black light is on

this is the paint im using now, works good. would probably glow in a blacklight. i have a red dome light and the red reflects off the white pretty well. peace

yeah, I was thinking that, still would have to wait for $$$ but maybe when I get home and see how much I actually have. Are intakes hard to install? So far I've done everything myself just with a little help from a friend and my uncle, but that was just all lighting, painting, audio, and remote start.. I haven't done any playing around with my engine at all yet, so I was just wondering if it'd be better for me to just get it done somewhere. I'd prefer to do it myself if it isn't too complicated.

If you can turn a wrench, you can install an intake. It's much easier than a radio install, and a radio install is easy...

I forgot to put that I already have the clear corners... they do look a lot better than the stock orange.. btw.. if anyone knows of any way to change the color of the orange blinker without buying a whole new light, it would be appreciated..

about the air intake, I've seen prices between like $150 and $250.. I know we're getting off the forums topic, but can any of you tell me the difference between the short ram filter and the other one, also what does the bypass valve do?
