I was going to paint all the interior pieces but had some trouble on the bottoms of the doors. Went to Fabric store got enough vinyl to do the whole car. This is so much easier than paint. It cost a little more but is a lot quicker. Panels are all fitting back in the car with no probs.

Did you just lay the new vinyl over the old or did you remove the original vinyl first?

Do you have any pictures?

I've got 2 pictures so far- taken with my crappy digital cam. I'll get more up when I get the car put back together. Click on the link-they are on the bottom of this photo page-sorry about the wait to load. I got a couple of wrinkles but I'll inject some glue behind them to get rid of them.

That look nice as hell man. Did you do that yourself or did the fabric shop do it. I want to do my dash and doors red and black. About how much did it cost. Plus I'm getting TenzoR Rally style racing seats in red and black.

your panels look real good. Did you use spray adhesive to make it stick?

yes, stuff called sta-put, van conversions use it. Also use heat to get the vinyl to fit better.

Dye the carpet black or buy red. Headliner and visors are going to be done next week. I think i printed the headliner thing off you Kap. When I have the money this summer I'm either buying racing seats for the front or I might have this place in town just redo all of mine. If I get the racing seats my mom can sew new covers for the back if we get material to match.
