Hey if ya guys remember I screwed up my Neo blitz bumper going through a car wash a week ago. Anyways, I found one for sell for $300 that's already been molded to fit an eclipse buy a bodyshop(cuase you know how most of them come). But it's painted orange. My question is can i have the bodyshop that's doing my paint just paint over the color or should i have the other bodyshop sand and paint it first? I want the cheapest method but I also don't want a f@#ked up looking front bumper. BTW the bumper is fiberglass.

You have to sand all the old paint down before painting it. Don't just paint over the current paint...
