16694, New England driver -- Body Kit? Posted by red_eclipse96, Mar-08-02 06:43 AM
I really want a body kit for my 96, but if I get a full body kit I should probably lower it. If I lower it does anybody know if it needs to be repaired often because of the pot holes around here. Does anyone get a full body kit and not lower the car? Maybe I should get the front bumper and a nice spoiler. Any suggestions? Thanks

I don't have a body kit, but I recommend that you lower your car BEFORE you get a body kit. That way you can get used to driving a lowered car. You don't want to scrape up a new body kit just because you are getting used to how your car drives after you lower it. The most common thing you will damage will be your front end.
