i finally found a silver 97 bumper.. but now i need to know, are the 97-99 talon headlights the same as the 97-99 eclipse lights? and.. do you guys think that 200bux is a fair price to pay for "mint condition" used lights.. help me out.. thanks all!

No...all talons had the 95-96 style headlights. In fact, I think 97 was the last year they had talons right? I know for a fact that all talon headlights are 95-96 eclipse headlights though. Don't get it...and you can get cheap projectors for 225, but they might not light up the road as well.
