This is going back to a post that I read on DSMTALK that Evan posted. I just got my chrome projectors with blue ion lights, now my question to you guys is: What color will it shine?? Now to inform I've got the chrome projectors with the clear outter lens but with a blue ion projector beam thing. I haven't touched it yet (@#*#@^&*^#*&$^))@@*#^& because the damn body shop hasn't sprayed anything on my car except for the underside of the hood, a job he said would take 6 days has taken 2 wks for that) anyhow, on the other post Evan said that if it's a clear ion than it will shine whatever color bulb you put in it. hyperWhite will be white, Yellow will be yellow, Blue will be blue. But I've got the blue ion, and Evan said if I put the hyperwhite in there it will turn yellow so does that mean if i leave whatever color bulb is in there now, it will remain a blue?? Just wanted to know

I "think" from what i've seen is that most of the blue ion projectors emit a yellow light (like a fog light basically). It's similar to those fog lights you see that look blue, but shine yellow when you turn em on. I may be wrong though...and body shops always lag. Let them take their time as long as they are doing a good job on it...

its yellow man ihave the blue ion.
now from what i am told is if you put super whites in there it will just look more yellow.. not sure if its brighter.. but if you want to try go for it let me know how it looked

the clear ions should emit the super white though because its clear

oh teh blue ion just means that when u look at it when the lights are off it look kinda blue.. but it shines yellow..

Argh that suxs, o well, at least the cops can't fuck with me than huh?? I'll put in some blues and see what color it comes out to than.
