I wana fix one of my windows tint and I wana know the % so I dont have to redo the hole car

I dont think there is factory tint on our cars. If there is its called 'bubbles'. Anyone ever notice the white colored circles on our windows. Whats that all about?

i've heard a rumor that those are caused from nicotine buildup on the windows. i personally don't smoke, but the person who owned the car before me did. the windows were horrible, but i haven't noticed it in the last year or so. is that true?

The sticker refers to a tint that is in the glass itself. All auto glass is tinted a greenish or some other color to filter out some light. But from your pic, it looks like you have a darker tint. The dealer might have added that tint themselves (definitely not added at the factory). A tint professional should be able to see it and tell what % to use I think.

I'm getting limo tint for my car.....alabama doesn't give a rats ass, how hard is it to isntall the tint yourself?

I just heard from one of my boys that he just got pulled for his window tint being to dark and the cop put that clamp with the laser that tells the % over his roll up window. So my boy is thinking of just removing some near the top so they can't reach it with the laser clamp. The clamp can only slide down about 2". They must have just changed the laws bc it use to be 20% on back and 35% on sides and that is what he has. The State cop said its now 50% on the sides but back they can't check the % so you could just have that blacked out if you wanted. But 50% damn that is not much to really even bother with. Virginia State Police im telling ya...
