Im hopping to have my car painted in the spring so im looking for some suggestions on colors. Currently im leaning towards a white with some kind of pearl in it but im not quite shure yet. So my question for everybody is, if you could pick any colour to paint your car what would it be?? (money is not a consideration here)

With that in mind...the Civic Si Blue. That is the nicest color I have seen IMO..


I know ofcourse..if money wasnt an issue, those fading from one color to another (like the Supra in F&F) paint jobs are nice. But thats a little excessive for my tastes.

the color i want is a purple silver color. kinda like a pearl, looks silver one way, lilac from another. in el campo where i live, there is a paint shop at don davis, and there is a rack in there that has the color i want on it. it got that color from bits of paints flying on it from here and there, and i pointed out that that was the exact color i was looking for. my friend jason works there and he said they were take days trying to figure out what color that is. LOL he said he could do my car for $1000, door jams not included...that costs a lot more... LOL :)

eclipsehottie.. thats kinda how mine is.. but its just light silver with a fuscha pearl

so its pinkish and purple and silver.
i think it looks tight when the sun hits it.

pearl must be layed right.. or it wont look good

i just want mine to be the factory red and such.. too much hassle to change color :-) plus i dig red maybe put in some silver flakes to the factory red, but thats probably it..

I have a wildberry 95 Talon converted to 97-99 eclipse front and rear, and i want blitz sides. Im also going to shave the wing and possibly get Bomex mirrors and a carbon fibre hood (if money permits). Oh i also have 17" wheels and a 2" drop. Keep the suggestions comming. thanks

my color i just got painted..........

get either silver with a blue pearl or white with a blue pearl i have silver i love the way it looks and i seen white with a blue pearl and it looked amazing..

Midnight Blue, with a metal flake in it (if it didnt already have a flake in it) Thats the color im goin with in late april if i can get about $300 more. Along with my Blitz Kit (yea everybody has it, but not here in boring TN)

My color, except instead of the purple pearl I would get a blue one.

Your color already has a blue pearl. There is no purple pearl in it. The color is magenta gray pearl, and it's a mix of magenta and gray, plus blue pearl. If you look in the light, you can see the blue pearl. You gotta get rid of the magenta if you don't want it to look purplish. I used to have that color, and when we repainted my car parts, you can see the blue pearl in the paint, and the PPG color says blue pearl on it too.

yeah thats what I meant, get rid of the magenta and add more blue to it
