I sold my headlamps cause they had lil chips in them, I am gonna get some of those projectors I see. Where is a good place to order them from? I cant find them at a place i trust, just lil joe and bobs autoparts stuff, looking for a place others deal with on here with good sucess. tia

funny you should say that... I won thier auction for a set of em 3 weeks ago, i sent them the credit card info, and they never responded to me, emailed 3-4 times, about once a week... :-( now it showed their not a registered ebay user...

just go through their website. If you cant get them there, try ordering from NOPI. They cost more, but they are probably better quality. I think they have some Nakayama projectors. I would get those, my clear bumper lights are made by them and I have no probs with leaking like some folks do.

All the Nakayama projector headlights at nopi were sold out, I tried to order a pair two weeks ago but they sent me a back-order E-mail, finally I ordered a pait of APC, I knew how bad is APC, but I have lack of choice...hmm.

I dont get how they couldnt be an ebayer since they are a "pwoer seller" or whatever. They had like 500 items on their last time. Give them a call, they are trustworthy.

I wouldnt be worried...

But just because they have an address and phone number doesn't mean much at all (a lot of businesses down here in socal have opened up and closed down in just a matter of months). You never know if someone else bought the business, tried to rip people off, etc. I would personally be worried if they were suspended from ebay...

Yeah, I called Pro Car Parts last night and they said it's going to be suspended for a couple weeks so that eBay could check out some of the complaints with them. On eBay I got Chrome Projectors and there set to ship out today. What type of projectors are you gettting and do you think the chrome will look good with our red cars?

i ordered projectors from them and they were horrible they melted and the ground wires broke off i had to take them out..

Im sure that was your fault for using way too high of wattage bulbs.

I got mine from www.asylumms.com a year or so back.. only because they was the only comp that knew the difference between the 95-96 and the 97-99 lights

dont go through www.imoto.com .. sent me 95s 3 times.. grr

its not his fault they send bulbs with the projectors and the wires it needs...

Procarparts has had over 200 complaints on their feedback on ebay within the last month, over 600 in the last 6 months.. thats a lot of people saying they didnt recieve their products or got the wrong thing and never got it corrected.... i cant get into contact with them, phones always busy, i am trying to cancel my order with them or file a dispute with my credit card comp. cause i have had like 10 people email me in the last day saying they got ripped off by them and wondered if i had....

won 2 auctions through ebay from procarparts, a set of indiglo gauges for a 1997 mustang, and a set for a 1997 mustang gt. i paid for both via postal money order in the same envelope with a letter explaining what each was for. i recently received the gauges for the 1997 mustang, but have not had any contact about the set for my 1997 mustang gt, i have not received replies to emails, and the phone number is constantly busy. I am very close to taking action with ebay and the post office for mail fraud if they have in fact cashed the money order. a couple of my friends ordered parts through this company and never had any problems, but now that i find there are more people out there like me having problems, i begin to wonder. keep in touch and share anything you think might be useful, thanks

me, but their customer sevice is shit. To be
completely honest with you I am not happy with the
product that I received. It was not exactly as shown
on the internet, it is a cheap version and it took so
long to get here. I would be real careful with these
guys, they are not too reputable.

Thank you for e-mailing me, my mailbox seems to be on fire with questions about this Seller. I won an auction from them on 2/2/2002, made immediate payment via PayPal, and FINALLY, after many e-mails and phone calls to them, received my merchandise JUST YESTERDAY. I'm hoping what I bought is right as it is for my son's truck - so I will have to wait for him to do the installation.

I received an e-mail yesterday from another fellow e-bayer who told me that Procarparts had been SUSPENDED from E-Bay. I don't know the reasons behind this, perhaps their 200+ NEGATIVE feedback in the last month had something to do with it. All I can say is, stay on them - keep calling them.
