the left side of my hood does not shut flush with the quarter pannel the hood is a little bit under the seam any ideas on how to fix it to be flush

try adjusting the hood bumpers. They are the little black round rubber things that the hood sits on when you shut it. all you have to do is turn them up or down.

if you mean on the passenger side right by the head light is a little lower than mine is the same way and so is my best friends talon. i think its just from the hood being propped up on the drivers side so the other side that is unsupported sags a little bit.
