Ok, I just bought the Neo blitz front bumper w/ side skurts as well as the Neo combat rear bumper. My car is a '96 so do I need to get the 97-99 head lights or will mine fit the front bumper.

Did you guys put the kit on before or after you had it painted?

My kit does not have any holes drilled, will all the wholes that need to be drilled be in the same place as the stock ones. Do I just use the old stock bolts and clips?

And finally how much did you guys pay to have a four piece kit painted?

4 piece kit painted and installed is 650 for a professional job with PPG paint. If you go to Maaco or somewhere like that its under 300, but I wouldn't recommend it. Most likely you need 97-99 headlights or you can modify the bumper. As far as I know, all blitz bumpers were made for 97+. Also, use the stock 5 holes under the hood for the front bumper, and one bolt or screw on each side near the fender.
