14569, Shaved spoiler? Posted by Michael_97RS, Feb-11-02 05:31 AM
Okay any body without a spoiler or shaved a spoiler let me see your pics, I'm deciding if I want to remove mine. If it's MGP even better.

If you have ever seen that silver eclipse on dsmtalk that car is sweet.... No spoiler.
icjeclipse doesnt have one either... Basikstylz doesnt, cyan doesnt.
Search for them, but that silver one on dsmtalk is the best.

Just ignore the holes. :)

Well, I shaved my 3 piece spoiler. At first, I removed all of the pieces and plastic screw grommets from the body of the car and covered all of the holes with small peices of white vinyl until I had my car repainted.

Just shaved mine a month ago. You would think that mitsubishi was worried about it coming off b/c of all the f**kin bolt holes! My new super style wing only has 4 bolts holdin it on compared to the 15 or so for the stocker. oh yah, i had mine repainted too after i welded up all the holes!;-)

THe silver eclipse is 99mmcgsx's eclipse off of DSMTALK.com The taillights are custom. They are ture LED taillights which use the LED clusters. Basically they look like the new Cadillac taillights when they are lit up. Hehehe...I've been drooling over that car ever since I first bought my eclipse a couple years ago.
