its easy you have to remove the rear seats though so you can see the screws. But there is one just below the end of each rear seat and I think there is one more on the very top of the panel.... after that just pull the panel out. You will see the screws once you take the seats out.

from what i remember.. it was fairly simple.. there are a grip of plastic screws (most of mine broke off b/c of my bass) and then the rest are the pop off pieces.. its been a long time and i only did it once, so i might be wrong.. someone else will probably clairify

Well thats just as easy as well. first start with the panels behind the outer tail lamps. They have these little tab things that you just push down then pull out. after that grab the center panel and pull straight up on it and it will come out. After that you will see a screw on the bottom left and bottom right holding the left and right panels down. Unscrew them... Oh I for got to mention you might want to take out the cover board with the gray carpet just seperate the gray carpet from the board then you will see the hinge that holds the board together. unscrew the hinge that is hooked to the frame of the car(red part) then pull board out now you will see alot of the screws I was talking about and will be talking about. So now standing right in the center and have unscrewed the bottom left and right screws you will want to grasp the left panel and pull it out a little so the plastic latches come out of the grooves. Do the same with the right side. Now just below the end of the left and right panels you will see a screw for each panel, unscrew them and pull the left and right panels out. If I can remember correctly that might be it but you might also have to take the panels buy the strut towers out before you take the left and right panels out. Those panels have a couple screws holding them then you pull out. You will see everything I am talking about once you take out the board and carpet. Its pretty self explainatory. Hope this helps.... good luck.... egh its not that hard really.
