13986, What else to do with LEDs? Posted by Twobuf4u, Feb-06-02 04:26 AM I've done the HVAC Conversion and I have Indiglo gauges so i dont really need to do the Gagues Clusters.....anything else I could do with an LED? Also would an LED out of a Laser Pointer work?? I have a blue one what was more of a flash light than a laser pointer if that would work then what sinxe of Resistor would I need to get? Thanks! Posted by CVedEclipse, Feb-06-02 08:44 AM you could put some all around your car and make it look like a christmas tree.. hehe.. you could drop some into the vents, replace all the stockers.. idunno.. pretty much anything or anywhere you could imagine putting them in.. <shrugs>

13993, RE: What else to do with LEDs? Posted by iamnotwhoiam, Feb-06-02 03:57 PM its a pretty simple thing to do.. just find a 12v line and wire in an led the same way that the led was wired into the hvac.. and just make a hole in the vent somewhere where you would like it.. bam.. lighted vents.
