my bumper is beat to crap and i want to get get a 97 eclipse front bumper for my talon. the only problem is nobody wants to go throught the hassle of shipping one to me. i e mail almost everyone on the parts traders who is asking a half decent price for their used bumpers and as soon as i tell them im in canada they dont reply to my e mails anymore. no one has even given me a price for the dam shipping. can you guys give me some suggestion or anyone here want to sell me one? sorry just had to vent a little. sometimes it sucks living in canada

Sorry but customs is a real hassle for people, plus the conversion from US to Canadian. I heard that you need to declare your item as an exchange or return; otherwise they charge tax on it? That's probably why people don't want to deal with it. Maybe you should just drive down to the US and get it yourself from someone near the border? Good luck.

Canada...........too clod for me. Wouldn't a 97-99 eclipse bumper act like a snow plow up there? j/k

canada isnt that bad, i have a 2 inch drop and been driving all winter with it in my 95 talon and my best friend had a 98 on H&R springs that is even lower than mine. we have had a a few major snow falls a during one my mom ran over one of those parking curb things (it was covered in fresh snow and she couldnt see it) and the bottom is looking like crap but no major damage. as for shipping all you guys have to do is wrap it up and send it to me, i would have to pay taxes and duty when UPS or whoever delivered it to my house. so its the same as sending to someone else in the us only shipping would cost more which i am willing to cover of course. i think i might just drive down to buffalo NY or somewhere close to the border and buy a bumper, put it on and drive home. that way i wouldnt have to pay taxes either. any suggestions of places i could go to or call.
