13784, Water In My Altezza Tail Lights, Any Solutions? Posted by Soular 96GS, Feb-04-02 02:44 AM
From the Dr. Seuss missing collection.
“I have Moisture in my Altezzas”
Really I do… I am not sure what to do….
I thought I had a good seal that was tight. But I still have moisture in my taillight.
Some say drill some holes Others say seal them tight.
Add Holes, or seal, whats the best Deal..
All I can say it’s quite a nasty site… Having moisture in my sweet looking taillights.
Sorry for the Seussism.. I could not stop… what I started up top..
Ok on the real… I have the Crystal Red Altezza But one of them has developed moisture droplets on the lens so it looks sorta foggy.. I am sure when it gets warmer it will evaporate away. But I just wanted to know if any one had any strategies on preventing moisture from forming at all...
Thanks
Soular

just take your taillights out and if you have access to an air gun you could just use that and it should get it out..thats what i did on my bumper lenses and it worked so good luck..

after you clear out the moistute, you can put a some silicone around the lense so that it locks the moisture out.
