i have a 96 rs and my right turn signal is out when i turn my headligths on...but when i turn the blinker on it blinks. im no electrician, but would like to know if anyone knows why this is? i would like to match the left turn signal to do the same thing.. should i cut a wire? is it a fuse? i checked all the wires on both sides and they seem to be all good.?? any suggestions? thx

Each bulb has two filaments. The ones that light up with the parking lights are different than the ones that light up with the hazard lights. Maybe it's just a loose connection, try moving the bulb in the socket and if that doesn't work, you'll have to replace it.
