are the blue's too dim? people are saying that now.

if they are too dim, change the value of the resistor...
for 12vdc 20ma you should be using a 400 ohm resistor that gives the LED 30mA which most led's are like 20ma it will reduce the life of the LED but you'll still be dead by the time it fails and it will be nice and bright

Do any of you guys know the part # for the blue Varad LED that should be used...I'd like to get the brightest blue possible with out having to do any soldering at all...that's what I do at work most of the time...so...yeah...

It doesnt look like its that bright....Is it brighter in person or somewhat close?

it really isnt that bright compared to the stock orange.. but you get used to it and it looks pretty good imo.. also the red part in the temp thingy on the hvac will not show up when using blue and the blue wont show up when using red.. just a slight side effect from the color change, but its way better than the stock orange anyways.. :-)

once you see it, You want it bad, it may be dimer, but too bright and it will be anoying
