This whole time my HVAC lights were out for the longest. Today I decided to try to do the HVAC light install. Using Hondahater21's write up (which is awesome) I installed the blue LED. At first I used a blue LED that I took from one of those flashing cell phone antenna's and my brother found a 330 ohm resistor for me. I wired it all up and I tested it out. I was going to crimp the connectors to the wire in my car and I ended up dropping the LED inside my car after looking for it and taking the center console out I gave up. I was pretty choked, espeacially when i had all the parts at my house already.

I called my buddy up that installs alarms and I asked if he had any Varad LED's. I bought one off him for $10 Canadian and installed it.

I finally got HVAC lights that works.

Cool...how's it look??? As bright as stock orange?? Bright enough to see it good??

I found another cool trick when puting it in. On my pics, they look dim, and they where, but when I was done puting everything back in, the led poped out and when I put it back in with the lights on, you can aim the led to diferent spots to make it brighter or dimmer, so now my HVAC is alot brighter than before

my lights aren't that bright, it's not as bright as the guage cluster lights. I didn't get to play around with the positioning of the LED but I wish i did before I put everything back together again. For now I'm happy at how it looks, the light from the LED is nice and even so I'm satisfied with it.
