Does anyone know where to get a good deal on wheels and tire packages on the web. I'm not too sure on if I want 16" or 17". Also anyone recomend on lowering the car with a new wheel package. My problem is that I live in NY and the roads suck as is. I have a 98 Eclipse Rs and I bottom the car out with it being stock, finally I am able to do some modifications to the car. So if anyone has suggestions on mod's please feel free to leave suggestions too. Thanks
