Im bout to buy sum $280 taillights there not even out yet. Those new APC eurotec ones. Well I want to paint my center tail light really bad to match my car white. What is the process of paint it? I really want to know. Thanx

Heres mine.....


1) sand 400 grit
2) sand 1200 grit
3) wash with soap
4) sand 1200 grit
5) wash
6) let dry
7) paint
8) paint
9) paint
10)paint
11)clear coat
12)clear coat
13)clear coat

Hey it worked for me. If you want some better instructions you could do a "SEARCH" for them on this site.

I just wet sanded twice with 400 grit and hand the body shop paint it along with the rest of my car. I've done this twice and it's come out perfect with no scratches even after a year of use.

I got tail light covers and the center all done up for 70. Just take it off the car and install it yourself to save $$$. Just let them paint it.

it says eclipse in fushcia(my pearl) in ghost on it.. its hard to see though.. pics dont show the pearl.. it loooks so nice when sun hits it..

Where did you Get your taillight cover from..... Everyone says nopi.. .but i looked on there site and I cant find it.

not that many......

I paid 45 for the covers at a local shop. And 70 to get the covers and center painted. I put them on myself. They have adhesive, but I used epoxy on mine too.
