I will take a picture of my tail-lights. I have a silver eclipse too, I think the clears with a silver middle look pretty damn nice.

clears did look about the best IMO. I just got tired of cops not knowing that with red led bulbs, they are legal. Or that's what the highway patrol said. I even let the HP check the car out. Nah, it used to say TMANSCAR. I changed it. I am gonna change it again to 14datazz or something. I'll probably get that once I find and get that GSX.

They need some icy hot for their gay asses. anyways, whoever asked the company name. It is called Vtech. No website. I think nopi has the covers. They have adhesive strips on them, but I epoxied mine on as well just to make sure they don't fly off at high speeds. thanks for the props. I think they look mad cleaner and more original than those ever so played out altezzas. (no offense to anyone who has them) Every eclipse here has them though. Every eclipse here is also getting flames. I'm considering new graphics.

I got my V-Techs on e-bay for like $15 brand spankin new.
3-M double sided tape held up fine. In fact, it was a bitch getting all that stuff off when I went back to stock before I got my altezzas.

just remember that if it doesn't say DOT on any car product, its not legal. I have those red led bulbs as well and clear tail lights..check the pic

The problem I had was... The highway patrol said it was legal, because the bulbs had a DOT # and could be seen. The police just didn't care if you could see them or not, they just knew I had clears and wanted to harass me. I have been pulled over about 21 times (no exaggeration) and only have received 2 tickets. They just pull me and ask to search for drugs and weapons or some BS. And I ask if they have a warrant. They don't like it when they say no, then I say, well there's your answer, can I go now? Kinda pisses them off. After you have teal bumper lights, and a cop passes 3 civics with those same color lights ALL OVER IT to pull you, and you ask why and hear, "your car looked sportier" (discrimination?) then next night, u are pulled for having that color in your license plate tage lights, then after that, for clear tail lights. Well, I had all 3 when the 1st dick pulled me, why didn't he say anything about the tag lights and clears? Sorry. I just got fed up with the BS and hassles. When I first got the LED bulbs, a cop did roll his window down and asked me to pull over. He said my daughter has a car like this and has clears. Where did you get the bright red bulbs? I told him and told him how I appreciated his respect for the tuning scene. And he was really cool about it. I notice the older cops are a lot cooler here. BEcause most of them were in our shoes when they were younger. Hyping up rides and stuff. The younger ones are just hatin cuz they drive a crown victoria and a moped. :P

Out here, it doesn't matter what color your tails are but they must REFLECT RED and shine RED when you brake. Clear tails have to have a piece of that reflective red tape somewhere on it to be considered legal.
I still see people with low-rider trucks with clear tails that don't get bothered but the popo don't like cars with them and do give out fix-it or defective equipment tickets to all the unlucky ones.

I wanted something everyone else wasn;t getting too. Most people don't get the covers cuz they aren't advertized a lot if any at all. The cars here ahve rims, altezzas or clears, tint, type r badging, and wheel gap as their mods. I wanted to be more creative.
