Has anyone ever had problems their HVAC blower not working sometimes? Mine went out a couple times yesterday. A/C and heat work fine, just the blower itself went out twice but is working fine now. Sucks because it's damn near 100 degrees here. Any ideas? Go ahead and put in a new blower unit? Thanks

Mine acts weird as well. Only works when you have it on the highest setting (4th dot). It hasn't bothered me enough to look into it yet. You could probably pick up a used blower motor from Miller Import Parts (stangmurdera here on the forums) for next to nothing compared to a brand new unit.

Actually, A tech I know says if it only works on the highest setting it's the resistor. That part is only $20 from the dealer(MR315836). I might start from there myself.

this is correct, the resistor pack for the blower is bad. Cheap and easy fix.
