My sunroof is leaking and I thought that the drain tube was probably clogged but when I looked my sunroof has no drain tubes. How do I go about fixing thIs leak?

It does if its a stock sunroof. Do you have an aftermarket sunroof in there?

After, I did not see the drain tubes. I am almost sure I have an aftermarket sunroof.

You wont see "drain tubes" but you should see drain holes. Those holes lead to small tubes that run down the side of the car. You could try using the "stream" setting on your backyard hose to try and force anything that is clogged in there out, but be careful. If you use too much pressure, you run the risk of blowing off the tubes.

Also, continuing to assume it is NOT an aftermarket sunroof, make sure it is properly adjusted via the 6 hexbolts. The sunroof should be 1mm below the roofline in the front and 1mm above the roofline in the back. Make sure to use loctite on the bolts when you retighten them or you will inevitably be doing this adjustment again sometime soon.

Finally, how does the sealing element that runs the perimeter of the sunroof look?

my sunroof leaks between the window and rubber seal. I was trying to see that maybe I will need to change the seal but seal is attached to the rubber around the top of my car.

The seal is there to keep out most of the elements, but it's not waterproof. If you're getting dripping inside the car the drains are clogged. Even most aftermarket sunroofs have some kind of drain. Sometimes you can open the sunroof and run a coathanger wire down the drain tubes to break loose the clog. Just be careful that you don't push too hard and damage the drain tubes because they're a bitch to run back down through the frame of the car.

It looks like I have the sunroof that has no drain tubes because when I looked there is no hole or anything it is all smooth

Picture and thousands and all that shit;

I just happen to have taken one off recently. All 4 corners of the window have drains. You will not be able to easily see them if it is installed. Here is a couple of pics of one corner (the screwdriver is stuck in the hose hole);

First from the top;

And this is from the interior side;

The two front tubes go down behind the tire underneath the fender. I'm not sure where the back two tubes go to. These drain tubes can get clogged and then backfill into the interior/headliner.
