when i push the button down to roll the window down you can hear the motor trying to work but the window doesnt go anywhere... clearly the motor is fine because u can hear it trying to work. where else would i look? also you can easily pull up the window and push it down smoothly so it seems like the windows still on track... what r my other options here?

The motor may be fine, but the regulator isnt.

You need one of them. Its like 70 shipped or so from Rock Auto.

Also, it comes with a new motor and all.
