why would my right blinker flash quickly at times and then normally at other times. i thought a blinker was out, checked it, and all blinkers were working. it does this from time to time. any ideas?

A loose or coroded connection on a bulb is your most likely suspect. double check the wires around the bulbs to make sure that they're not damaged and shorting out somewhere.
