I have some rust underneath the passenger door, towards the back by the rear wheel. Its underneath where it wraps underneath, you cant really see it unless you get down and look or put it on a lift. Just wondering what is the best way to fix this, i don't want it to get any worse since winter just kills cars from all the crap they put on the roads.

Take it to a shop to be correctly diagnosed, replaced or repaired correctly.

so you're saying it's on the rear quarter panel right in front of the wheel?

there's a little lip on the inside of the quarter panel that catches dirt and moisture. usually it just rusts a little right there and you can clean it out and fill the hole with fiberglass, but if it's worked into the rocker panel (going towards the front) you'll want to look into professional repair.
