hey guys i found a local 96 eclipse gs for sale the guys wants 2800 for it with 130000 miles the body and interior are super clean other than the normal fading of paint for a car of that age ... i think i can talk him down some.... my question is how hard would it be to swap out 97-99 bumpers into that car ? would i have to change anything else ? thanks guys

Its not hard at all. You will need to find some 97-99 headlights and possibly reverse lights if it doesnt have them on the bumper you buy. You will also need the 97-99 sideskirts if you want the whole body to look 2GB. Those will be the hardest to track down. You may also need front bumper sidemarkers and 2GB foglights.

thats not a problem i have a 97 Rs and i own a 98 Rs so one of them is a parts car the only thing i need is sideskirts

this car is reallllllly clean interior is the grey cloth really nice looking

Yeah, it is easy, bolts right up. The only thing that needs to be changed on the front is the headlights.

The sidemarkers are exactly the same, 2ga or b. And I consider foglights to be unnecessary weight ;-)
