my dash lights and my tail lights are both out..i check the tail light bulbs and they are fine. i checked all fuses and they are fine. what could be causing this? the tail lamp relay? sometime they come on sometimes they dont.. 80% of the time they don't work though. idk what to do!?

check the switch the one u rotate to get the lights on
