Kinda odd question here.

Is the black gasket around the back quarter glass windows part of the window, or available separate?

You know, the part thats in the shape of a triangle, on the back quarter windows.

Yes. the whole assembly is glued to the side of the car

It's a real pain to remove the glass and trim without doing permanent damage.

Here's a special version on the 97 Talon you don't see too often.

the quarter glass is a one piece.

I have that same talon quarter glass on my eclipse. I guess that its a fortune to replace them aswell

Yeah, glass shops don't install them for cheap.

Just to clarify, im talking about the rubber moulding gasket OUTSIDE the car.

Making sure we were on the same page :P

yes, it's still part of the glass, they don't come seperate and if you do manage to free the moulding from the glass you've just made both pieces worthless because they'll never go back together.
