i bought a fiber glass body kit for my 2g eclipse and looking for the best way to go about installing it? Is their a sticky or something on here to guide me through installation along with any import hints and tips? Sorry if this was already posted... new to this site.

not much to it buddy. drill some holes and bolt the fucker up. if it doesnt fit, which it probably wont if you bought a cheap dick kit, you will need to either start cutting and refiberglassing it to make it fit, or just bring it to a body shop to have it professionally done.

where are you from? maybe there are some local 2gnt'ers around you that wouldnt mind giving you a hand if they have some experience you know.

what kind of kit is it and where did you get it from by chance?

as mike said, its really no different then removing a stock piece and bolting back on the kit piece.
the difference and time comes the quality of the kit itself. Knock-off kits have been know to be off by as much as 1" from the stock dimensions. even some Authentic kits have some fitment issues.
i have probably 20-30 hours in fitment and paint prep time on my Bomex kit. (not counting the redo time cuz some asshat decided to rearend me) but then again i valued my lines and wanted it perfect plus being a black car EVERY blemish shows up.

you are gonna remove and install that kit about a hundred times before you get it to blend right with your car, so just be patient and in the end it will look good

Like they said, nothing to it. I personally like the molded no body line look so my rear and skirts are molded but not the front. Chances are exspecially if lowered if something is gonna get brokeor run into it will be the front, hence this is why mine isnt molded plus gettin the intercooler on and of or what ever is easier and it can be towed if removed
