When u get a Blitz kit, why do u have to get 97-99 headlights. wHY wont 95 lights fit?

The headlights are a different style and different size actually. You'd have to modify the fiberglass bumper if you wanted it to fit the 95-96 headlights. A body would charge anywhere from 50 to 150 to do that...
