Well, a week ago I went to my car, put the key in the door, and unlock. Then I proceeded to pull the handle and...WTF? the door doesn't open. So I try it a few times, and still no go.

Before this it only happened where I pulled on the door handle twice slowly and it would work, know I have to continuously pull on it hard until it opens. I'm afraid of braking the drivers door handle now.

Any one had this problem before? I haven't looked at the inside of the door yet, I've been to fucking lazy, maybe this weekend.

My passenger door does this, but it's because the body is buckling slightly, causing the latch/striker to hang. It opens fine from inside, but those plastic handles don't take much to snap so I don't attempt outside-opening anymore. I already replaced my driver's side after an ice-storm last year...

from what i remember of it you have to remove the assembly from the door.
now its not a problem with the actual handle but the mechanism in it.
you have to look at the lever arm where it conects to the long push rod that conects to the strikeplate capture mechanism (whatever that thing is called)

you can either straighten out the bend in the long rod a little bit or you can reinforce the lever up by the handle so that it dosent diflect as much when you try and open the door (mine was slightly bent)

ya i had the same problem like i couldnt open my passenger door from the outside. Uh well i sold it to a friend but he said he pulled the door panel off and some pulley was broken and they zip tied it together. but idk much about it but if you need more help i could get more info how they did it

In all honesty I don't feel like taking the handle assembly out. I did this when I had to repair my broken passenger handle (with Azdaves kit), and It sucked major ass to put it BACK in the door.

Hopefully I can manage to fix this by just pulling the door panel.

You can fix this by just pulling the door panel, however it can be a major PITA. My drivers door handle went and with my large hands, I cussed up a storm trying to fix it. Just as foggy said, the mechanism gets worn over time and when you pull the handle, the pushrod doesn't get moved enough to pop the door. What I did was bought a small bolt and a nylon nut. Once the panel is off, you will see how the mechanism works by pulling the outside handle a few times. You have to put the bolt in so the head is facing the latch side of the door, and then get the nut on it. Understand the mechanics of the handle, take you time trying to insert the bolt, be patient, and breathe, and you'll get it done.
