1040, I mounted my button switch just below the cruise button Posted by DeanoD, Dec-31-69 06:00 PM I have the pilot motorsports fog lights. The button switch glows green with on and red when off. I have the switch relay power connected to my cigarette lighter and when the accessory is off...so are the fog lights. I can also see the green light/red light during the day. I just cut a small notch into that 1.5 inch square panel below the cruise switch. The switch is mounted with the wire pointing down and going into the notch. The panel pops back into place and it looks factory. You can always use 3M adhesive spray on the back of the switch to get it to stick again if it is dry. Mine has been there since the summer when we last posted about the inserts in the front grill. The only thing I would like better is to have them a bit brighter in light intensity. | |
