9524, Car feels like I hit a brick wall

I checked all the piping (re-tighten it) also my manifold which helped a little I can actually accelerate on 1st and sometimes 2nd but on 3rd I hit some kind of fuel cut.
The weird thing is that if I accelerate from 2nd to 3rd and let go off the gas pedal around 5k rpm then step on it hard it hesitates for about 5 second like the car is not responding.
What do you guys think?

How much boost?

It's a 2nd gen and it's rewired boosting only 18psi boost it down to 14-15 psi ever since my car started acting up.

disconnect your battery for say 30min. Then see if it quits.
