Ok, I just got DSM link and I know you have to disconnect a wire when you take it out. Well, which wire do I have to match back up to?

i just have to cut the out the wires to the SAFC and connect the blue/yellow back together again, then im fine?

yup. If you connected the S-AFC correctly (pulled back insulation and soldered to the bare spot) then the blue/yellow should be the only one that was cut completly in through.
